Diane helped us find the perfect home for our family in Arlington. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about neighborhoods throughout the region and patiently helped us figure out what we were looking for and focus our search based on our tastes and priorities. Despite the many other clients Diane was working with while also working with us, we always felt like she was singularly focused on us and she never was more than a phone call away. She really looks out for her clients, has a deep understanding of the market, and has strong negotiating skills. She helped us avoid overpaying for two houses that weren’t “the one” and, when we finally found the house that was “the one”, she helped us get a great deal for it. Diane also is well respected by her peers — listing agents regularly told us we’d made a great choice when Diane was out of earshot. Most importantly, Diane is very kind and pleasant and truly a joy to be around and work with. We’re so glad we found our house but we miss seeing Diane!
